Plan # 1 - "Full Service" Wedding Planning:

This plan is for the couple that wants guidance from start to finish. It covers all the details that go into making a wedding truly memorable. It provides a custom vendor referral list, assistance in preparing a budget; my attendance at all vendor meetings and organization in every area of your wedding; including but not limited to: preparing a schedule/timeline and checklists, assisting with site tours, selection and booking of ceremony and reception venues, assisting with selection of wedding attire and accessories, accompaniment to fittings if desired, ongoing updates and consultation with clients about vendors services/products, prepared itineraries to be provided to vendors, Walk-through’s with client at selected sites of the wedding, timelines prepared to help keep clients stay on track month by month until the day of the wedding, addressing and sending out wedding invitations, assistance with tracking RSVP's and who will be attending, arranging transportation for the wedding party and guests, coordinating an engagement party and/or a wedding shower, and planning a rehearsal dinner/party. This also includes accounting for all wedding accessories; reception room layouts; seating charts; a timeline/itinerary for your wedding day; conduction of the rehearsal and my attendance of the entire day of the wedding.

Plan # 2 - "Semi-Full Service" Wedding Planning:
$1550.00

This plan is for the couple that wants guidance from start to finish, but who also wants to be a big part of the planning. It provides a custom vendor referral list, assistance in preparing a budget; but this couple intends to go to all of their own vendor meetings with minimal attendance from myself. The Semi-Full Service includes organization in every area of your wedding; including but not limited to: preparing a schedule/timeline and checklists, assisting with site tours, selection and booking of ceremony and reception venues, assisting with selection of wedding attire and accessories, accompaniment to fittings if desired, ongoing updates and consultation with clients about vendors services/products, prepared itineraries to be provided to vendors, Walk-through’s with client at selected sites of the wedding, timelines prepared to help keep clients stay on track month by month until the day of the wedding, and planning a rehearsal dinner/party. This also includes accounting for all wedding accessories; reception room layouts; seating charts; a timeline/itinerary for your wedding day; conduction of the rehearsal and my attendance of the entire day of the wedding.

Plan # 3 - "Mid Way through" Wedding Planning:
$1150.00

This plan is for the couple who has already planned most of their wedding and wishes to retain a planner mid-way-through the process. It begins with a "mid~meeting" to determine what planning is still needed. At this point, help with the following is usually needed: assistance with the choosing of invitations, assistance with RSVP’s and who will be attending, Coordinate with vendors to ensure services/products are provided in a timely manner, and a walk-through with client at selected sites of the wedding. I then have a "finalize meeting" to produce all "final" paperwork such as; a timeline and/or itinerary; all layouts; seating chart guidance; conduction of the rehearsal and my attendance of the entire day of the wedding.

Plan # 4 - "Month of" Wedding Planning:
$750.00

This plan is for the 'more independent couple' who wishes to retain a planner to finalize their wedding plans. The "The Finalize Plan" will begin with a "finalize meeting." I will then provide you with all the necessary "final" paperwork for your wedding including timelines; all layouts; seating chart guidance; rehearsal and my attendance of the entire day of the wedding.

We also offer services by the hour if you do not need a full package.
